Built on three “I” pillars: ingenuity, irregularity, and integrity. These pillars support the ooey gooey caramel centre of our operations. No matter the problem or project these pillars sustain and guide our work. We’re okay with being the villain in your story; someone needs to and we look good in black.

Adept: We ask the hard questions and getting messy with the answers but, to be honest, we may already know what you need. Call it gut instinct honed by our years of active listening or our never-ending cinematic thinking.

Transparent: We believe in openness and acceptance; you and we won’t always be synced but dissonance is healthy and needed. To this, we embrace failure and success equally so we continue to do better by doing better differently.

Going through institutional change can be difficult, and she helped us manage this challenging process with a firm, positive and supportive attitude!
