How long does an engagement take?
It depends on the timing and scope of work. Flexible engagements can take one hour, one day, one month, etc. Fractional and retainer engagements run a minimum of three months.
Are you a Dayforce systems integrator?
No, by choice.
We can't compete with the bigger, richer companies and Dayforce doesn't enable us to either. However, since most of our career has been spent fixing ERP and platform implementations that are treated as revenue mills, we are best at leading you through the rocky and unstable landscape they place before you or that they leave behind.
What types of organizations do you work with?
We focus on small to mid-sized organizations, whether this is defined by revenue or employee count, including non-profits. However, we do also engage with larger organizations for specialized services.
Do you offer in-person options?
We are a remote-first company. Hybrid or on-site arrangements are possible depending on the situation.
Are you open to engagements outside Canada?
We are! We have had clients across North America and in Europe and are open to working with you wherever you are.
